Aphrodite Hills Tennis & Spa is looking to recruit,

Director / Manager of Coaching

Qualifications required,

• Previous experience as coaching manager / director in European tennis holiday destination preferably 5 star.
• Possess an internationally recognized coaching accreditation.
• Fluent in the German and English languages, both written and verbal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Social and outgoing personality.
• Solid playing standard.

Duties,

This person will be responsible to,

• Design implement and manage the following coaching programmes,

1 tennis holiday packages for middle to high end European guests

2 high performance academy

3 develop programmes targeting the local market

• Manage day to day coaching operations of all of the above programmes including,

1Court bookings and utilization

2Staffing plans and rosters

3Run coach meetings

4Responsible for any personnel related issues to coaches

• Assist and be present at any tennis related events and outings
• Responsible for all tournaments arranged throughout the year
• Assume role of tennis GM when GM is out of office
