Italian sportswear company, Fila, are to re-establish their profile in tennis with a series of partnerships, including the Artois Championships, the Fortis Classic and Blackrock Masters.

They will be the official clothing and footwear partners of the Artois tournament for two years, providing kit for staff and merchandise.

Fila sponsors several British junior players, including Marcus Willis and Neil Pauffley who won the Junior Nationals doubles title. Their top ranked player is Josh Goodall, the British number six.

Mark Travis, Fila's UK marketing manager, said: ãTennis has been an essential part of the Fila heritage and 2008 represents the 35 th anniversary of Fila's involvement in tennis.ä
